No-Dig Drain Lining Across Mansfield, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Doncaster & the East Midlands

Not every damaged drain needs to be dug up. In many cases, no-dig drain lining can be used to repair damaged pipework from inside the drain, helping to reduce disruption, mess and excavation.

Midlands Drainage Group provides no-dig drain lining services for domestic, commercial, industrial and public sector customers across the East Midlands.

No-dig drain lining can be used to repair certain cracks, defects, damaged joints and sections of pipework without the need for full excavation. It is often recommended after a CCTV drain survey has identified the location and condition of the damage.

Our team can assess the drainage issue, explain whether lining is suitable and recommend the most practical repair option for your property.

Whether you are dealing with damaged pipework, recurring blockages or a defect found during a CCTV survey, we are here to help.

Could Your Drain Be Repaired Without Digging?

No-dig drain lining is often suitable when the drain is damaged but still has enough structure to support an internal repair.

Instead of excavating the full section, a liner or patch repair can be installed inside the pipework to create a strong internal repair.

You may need no-dig drain lining if you have:

  • Cracked drain pipework
  • Damaged drain joints
  • Localised defects inside the drain
  • Recurring blockages caused by damaged pipework
  • Root ingress that has damaged the drain
  • Drain defects found during a CCTV survey
  • Drainage problems where excavation would cause disruption
  • A damaged drain that may not need full replacement
A CCTV drain survey is usually needed first to confirm whether no-dig drain lining is the right option.
— how it works

How No-Dig Drain Lining Works

No-dig drain lining starts with inspecting the drainage system and identifying the damaged area. This is usually done using CCTV drain camera equipment so the condition and location of the defect can be properly assessed.

Before lining work begins, the drain may need to be cleaned and prepared. This can include clearing blockages, removing debris or dealing with root ingress where required.

A structural liner or patch liner is then installed inside the existing pipework. Once cured, the liner creates a strong internal repair designed to restore the function of the drain and reduce the risk of further problems.

Where no-dig lining is not suitable, we can advise on alternative repair options, including excavation and replacement where needed.

Service includes:

  • No-dig drain lining
  • Structural drain liners
  • Patch drain repairs
  • Internal pipe repairs
  • CCTV drain inspection where required
  • Drain cleaning before lining
  • Root removal where required
  • Repair advice for cracked or damaged drains
  • Alternative repair options where lining is not suitable

No-Dig Drain Lining For Homes & Businesses

Midlands Drainage Group provides no-dig drain lining for both domestic and commercial customers.

We can help homeowners who want to avoid unnecessary excavation, landlords managing drainage issues at rental properties, builders working around existing drainage, property managers responsible for occupied buildings and commercial sites where disruption needs to be kept to a minimum.

No-dig lining can be a practical option when access is difficult, excavation would be disruptive or the damaged section of pipework can be repaired internally.

Our aim is to recommend the right repair method, not simply the most complex one.
